Bee Headpiece: Textile Design

This project is dedicated to my father, Andres Pedrero, and his fascination with bees. Whenever I see a bee, I feel connected to him. They bring me a sense of peace, and I like to believe they are a reminder from the universe that he is always with me. For this collection, I designed the textile pattern, created the fabric using a hand block printing technique, and hand stitched each piece together. Every stage of the process, from textile development to final construction, reflects a hands-on approach to design and craftsmanship.
